Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please read or policies listed below:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at epikfxshoes@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 999 W 1500 S suite 700. Woods Cross, UT 84087 Make sure to mark "RETURN EPIKFX SHOES" on box. Further instructions will be given for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items purchased with discount codes
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will have to pay for the product AND shipping again at market rate, not the flat rate.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shoe returns are accepted if they are in same condition as received within 5 days of delivery.
Shirts can be returned, if unused, with labels still attached within 5 days of delivery.
Customer provides return shipping for shoes and shirts. This will be based on actual costs to ship, not the flat rate the items where purchased for.
If the item is returned and it is clearly used (scuffs, knicks, stains, any difference from when item was received) the refund will be denied and we will not ship the item back.
